As a renowned name in the Dublin butchery and steakhouse scene, FXB expanded their premium meat offering launching the Pembroke street specialist shop as a perfectly stocked, victualler and gourmet grocery store.
Challenge
Creating a store aesthetic that prioritised showcasing meat displays in a tasteful, premium and appetising way to entice both shoppers and diners to engage and purchase through high quality displays.
Solution
Astron worked with FXB to build a number of showcases within the new shop and restaurant including
- A stunning window display that showcases their premium meat offering & range
- A practical and visually appealing in store meat display
- A bespoke build dry ager with the dining area adding real flair, theatre and appetite appeal to the dining experience while showcasing the meat aging process in a stunning design
